Shipping Policy Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise noted – same day if your order is placed before noon, however, we are a small company, and situations can arise.  If you make a time sensitive order, please email or call us so we can make sure it makes it out, or let you know that there will be a delay.  Please note, that no order delivery time is guaranteed, but we merely convey the date that the postal provider gives us.Carriers

Unless otherwise noted, USPS is our carrier of choice.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers, and tracking number can take up to 48 hours to become active.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.  We do not attempt to profit on the shipping portion of our business, and on average we do not.  However, at times our plugin may estimate your shipping high, and sometimes low.  If the quoted price does not look right, let us know and we will see if we can fix it.

Please note that international rates are always very high (generally between $15-$20/lb), and unfortunately always out of our control.  If you know of a way for us to (legally) ship cheaper, please contact us!

Backorders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.  If you chose to, we will gladly refund the portion of order that was not able to ship.Returns, Refunds and ExchangesHow To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 90 days of your purchase.  Due to the nature of our product, items with security seals, must be returned with the seals in tact for customer safety reasons.

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Soap and aftershave must have any safety seals intact for our customers protection.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees. Customer is responsible for round trip shipping if product is not defective.  Allergies are not considered a product defect.
